Partner: arch. Irena Sakellaridou, Morfo Papanikolaou

The complex is composed of two buildings and comprises the corporate administrative offices, a conference centre and an underground car-park. The project springs from the idea of breaking the wall of buildings on the street that joins the historic city and the sea. The administration building has a curved shape oriented towards the Acropolis; it is composed of a ground floor and other six levels. The office building has a linear shape and develops on three levels in addition to the ground floor. The elevated piazza hides the wide conference centre and the car-park that occupies five underground levels.
